Employee Safety
We’re increasing the frequency of regularly scheduled cleanings and sanitization efforts in our office and distribution centers. We’re recommending all employees to take precautionary health measures, including frequent handwashing, wearing masks when necessary, social distancing, staying home when sick, and pausing all non-essential work travel.
Shipping And Delivery
Due to COVID-19, the delivery time may be delayed by 10 days. The estimated delivery time of the package is accurately informed to you on the product detail page.While in areas that badly affected, the delivery might be delayed due to schedule modification of courier companies. We appreciate for your understanding for any delays.
Return And Refund
We are extending return period to 30 days for all purchase made from 1 Feb 2020 to further notice.
If you didn't pay attention to our delayed shipping announcement when you purchased your product and feel that the shipping is taking longer than you expected, you don't want to wait too long. You can contact us at any time for a full refund after the sale, and we will process your after-sale refund application on the same day (within 24 hours).
